SCLL
Highlights

Dear SCLL Families,

We hope this email finds you enjoying the final days of summer!

As some of us had our last little league games over a month and a half ago, the final game for SCLL finished up yesterday at the 10u Boys State Tournament. So we wanted to give a few updates now that the season is over and what to look forward to in 2025.

First, we wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for making the 2024 SCLL season such a resounding success. Your unwavering support and enthusiasm have been instrumental in creating a memorable experience for all involved.

We are incredibly proud to announce that our SCLL teams brought home two State Championships and Five District Championships this year!

These outstanding achievements are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our players, coaches, and volunteers.

  • 8u Boys: District Champs (there is no state tournament for this age group)

  • 10u Boys: District Champions and Final Four in the State

  • Int Boys: District Champions, State Champions, and Final Four in the Central Regional

  • Major Softball: District Champions and Final Four in the State

  •  Jr Softball: District Champions, State Champions, and Final Four in the Central Regional

We extend a heartfelt thank you to all our coaches who dedicated countless hours to developing our young athletes. Your passion, expertise, and commitment to building character and teamwork are invaluable to our program.

In addition to our on-field successes, we are thrilled to announce that you all sold nearly 1700 raffle tickets for the SxS, raising an incredible amount of over $45,000! This remarkable achievement will significantly contribute to the ongoing improvement of our league. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Money is going to:

  • Dugout repairs have started now. A special thank you to Josh Kaltz for leading this.

  • New Dugout Benches They are in now, and will be installed when repairs are done.

  • New infield dirt for most of our fields to improve overall look and playability

A huge thank you also to our dedicated board members whose tireless efforts make everything possible. Your vision, hard work, and commitment to SCLL are the foundation of our success. This one sentence does not do enough to show how much they mean to this league. We do have some board members retiring at the end of this year so if you are considering being more involved please feel free to reach out. Contact info can be found here

Moving on to 2025, big things are happening! We have changes to the division levels for Baseball, and starting in 2025, anyone ages 7 and under (along with their siblings) can play SCLL no matter where they live or go to school.

Other 2025 Highlights:

  • Registration opens October 1st

  • New Payment Plans: 2, 4, or 6-month plans are now available

  • Improved uniforms

You can find our 2025 Info and plans and updates to divisions HERE
You can find our 2025 Important Dates HERE (this also has a tab for the tentative plan for days each division will play in 2025)
