How are sites determined for districts? 
The winner of the district tournament gets to select if they want to host the next years tournament for the next age group up.
example: If SC wins 8-10 Softball they can choose to host the 9-11 Softball district next year.
If we dont win districts odd are we wont be able to host the following year.
